Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for direct sales expansion and business development of the company’s full product portfolio (LED displays, lighting, smart poles, all-in-one conference systems, and integrated visual solutions) in the Italian market.
- Focus on developing and accessing key local resources that are not easily covered by the China-based team, including end users, major system integrators, consulting firms, and design institutes.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders to enable early-stage project engagement.
- Proactively obtain and manage first-hand project information, tracking and driving opportunities from early project stages.
- Lead spec-in activities at the early phase of projects by integrating the company’s products and solutions into design schemes, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle, including client communication, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, tender participation, and contract signing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre‑sales, product, marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure competitive and localized solutions for customers.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities;
provide timely market feedback to support the company’s strategic decision-making. - Organize and participate in both online and offline marketing activities and industry events.
Qualification
- Based in Italy, with a Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience;
experience in LED displays, AV systems, lighting, smart city solutions, or related industries is preferred. - Strong direct sales and key account development capabilities, with the ability to independently develop and influence key clients.
- Existing local network with end users, major system integrators, consultants, or engineering companies is highly preferred.
- Familiar with project-based sales processes, including tendering procedures and technical specification management.
- Proven experience in early-stage project engagement (spec-in), with the ability to influence project solutions and technical standards before tender release.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, capable of driving complex and long-cycle projects to closure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong professional ethics and sense of responsibility;
aligned with company culture and able to strictly maintain business confidentiality.
