Position: Marketing Manager
Objective of the role
Lead marketing and communication activities to enhance brand growth, improve competitive positioning, and support sales through omnichannel strategies, targeted content, and data-driven campaigns. Serve as the main point of contact for product marketing, events, strategic partnerships, and commercial enablement.
Main responsibilities
Strategic and Product Marketing
* Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis (reports, benchmarks, customer feedback, internal data).
* Develop positioning strategies for products/services.
* Support pricing strategies and demand elasticity analysis.
* Coordinate with Sales, Business Units, and Innovation teams for market insights and joint development of offerings.
Communication and Digital Marketing
* Develop multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, advertising, events) using marketing automation tools.
* Create content (blogs, newsletters, press releases, storytelling).
* Coordinate with external agencies for PR, design, video, and digital campaigns.
* Manage social channels (primarily LinkedIn) for lead generation and brand awareness.
Sales Enablement
* Create sales support materials (presentations, product sheets, brochures).
* Assist sales team with lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
* Organize and manage B2B events (fairs, webinars, workshops, client events).
Candidate profile
Education and Background
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
* Master's or courses in Digital Marketing or B2B Communication are a plus.
Experience
* At least 3 years in similar roles in B2B environments, preferably in tech, industrial, or service companies.
* Experience managing digital campaigns, events, and product/service communication.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency with digital tools:
* CMS (e.g., WordPress)
* CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Marketing Automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
* Google Analytics, Search Console
* LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads
* Adobe Suite or Canva
Soft Skills
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
* Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
* Team collaboration skills.
* Creativity, precision, and a hands-on approach.
Languages
* Native or equivalent in Italian.
* Fluent in English (B2/C1 written and spoken).
