If YES, then we have an exciting job opportunity as Brand Manager Cardiovascular at NovoNordisk Italy, Rome Office.
The Position: As a Brand Manager Cardiovascular, you will be responsible for the cardiovascular brand strategy to realize the full potential of our asset. You will have frontline exposure to our brand and marketing vision, business strategies, prelaunch, launch, lifecycle plans, and critical market insights that drive our business forward. Your responsibilities will include organizing promotional events, managing brand internal and external communication, and developing an annual tactical plan to ensure rapid and strong brand uptake.
Additionally, you will:
1. Lead extensive cross-functional teams to investigate environmental challenges, market impacts, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across functions.
2. Maintain constant dialogue and alignment with Global, IO-Region, and SEEMEA stakeholders; build effective relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and patients to enhance brand equity.
3. Manage the assigned budget to meet business objectives, leverage additional funding and investment opportunities, and build sales forecasts by analyzing market trends and product performance. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales force.
4. Develop and manage omni-channel and media marketing campaigns, identifying and monitoring relevant KPIs.
5. Ensure brand strategy alignment with global strategies, incorporating local perspectives, and continuously improve marketing processes by proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications: To be eligible, you should have a relevant academic background in Economics or Life Sciences, along with a master's degree in marketing or business management. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and a result-oriented approach are essential. You should also be fluent in Italian and English.
