Lyocon s.r.l., now part of Nuburu Inc., is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support the commercial development of advanced laser and photonics solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with proven sales capabilities and is comfortable operating in an international, innovation‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage international customer relationships.
- Drive sales of laser sources and photonics technologies across industrial and research markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Prepare commercial proposals, forecasts, and market analyses.
- Represent Lyocon/Nuburu at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred 5–10 years of experience in sales of laser sources, photonics systems, or related high‑tech products.
- Preferred degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the photonics industry and its key players.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong command of sales tools, CRM platforms, lead generation techniques, and customer management processes.
- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad for customer meetings and industry events.
- Full‑time position, based at Lyocon headquarters in Vigevano (PV), Italy).
- Predominantly on‑site role with partial remote work flexibility.
