Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead influencer development for the Amazon Influencer Program in Italy, driving monetization and growth of affiliate content. You will partner with influencers, agencies, and cross‑functional teams to scale creator performance through data‑driven strategies, innovative integrations, and effective storytelling. You will own performance insights, optimize the creator flywheel, and negotiate high‑profile partnerships to expand influencer contributions. This is a fast‑paced, ambiguity‑tolerant role that blends relationship management with analytical decision‑making to impact ecommerce outcomes.

* Serve as the primary contact for creators and agencies, educating on compensation structures, tools, and growth targets
* Analyze influencer sales data, identify performance trends, and develop strategies to increase sales, efficiency, and new customer acquisition
* Identify upsell and collaboration opportunities (seasonal campaigns, brand collaborations, tier upgrades) to deepen engagement
* Create weekly/monthly business reviews highlighting performance, growth opportunities, and ROI insights for leadership
* Partner with influencers on storytelling, trend integration, and merchandising ideas to drive conversion
Responsabilità
* 3+ years of professional non‑internship business development and/or marketing experience
* Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns
* Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
* Ability to drive data‑driven strategic insights
* Experience managing or working within cross‑functional marketing and creative teams; and working directly with external agencies and influencers
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
