About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Kitchen Department in Milan, the Commis de Partie is preparation and production of food items. The Commis de Partie reports to the Executive Sous Chef. As Commisde Partie, you will responsible for the following duties: - Check and prepare the required mise-en-place - Ensure the proper handling and storage of food - Must be able to carry out the production of all dishes according to the prescribed recipes and specifications and ensure that the portion size, quality and personation of the dishes conform to the MOHG standards - Knowledgeable about a verity of food and cuisines - Knowledgeable about proper sanitation practices - Perform any other reasonable duty's as required by the kitchen management As Commis de Partie we expect from you: - Show a strong belief in team work and positive attitude - Have excellent communication and organization skills - Working days: from Thursday to Sunday - Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role Our commitment to you - Learning & Development.
