Area Manager Wholesale Slowear is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven Area Manager Wholesale to join our Wholesale Department based in Milan.
This is a fixed-term position.
The Area Manager Wholesale will oversee and expand our wholesale business in Europe.
The role is key to managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that Slowear is consistently and effectively represented across all wholesale channel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing wholesale customers across Europe through a relationship-based approach.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory in alignment and product presentation in all wholesale points of sale.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
Analyze the territory/market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
Requirements
Degree in Business Development, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a wholesale sales or area management role within the fashion industry.
Solid understanding of wholesale markets (a strong plus).
Fluency in English
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
