In this role, you will drive both seasonal and in-season sales performance across a diverse network of independent retailers, digital partners, and department stores. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the regional strategy, while building and strengthening key account relationships to unlock long-term growth. With a strong focus on sales performance, profitability, and sell-through, you will also ensure Burberry’s brand positioning is consistently elevated and reinforced across all partner channels. /ppbThis is a 12 month maternity cover. /b /ph3bRESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3pbBrand Execution /b /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and mutual business growth /liliEnsure flawless execution of Burberry’s brand strategy across multibrand environments /liliAnalyse sales trends and performance across key accounts to identify growth opportunities /liliMonitor sales performance and stock levels regularly, optimising in-season actions to maximise sell-through and profitability /liliWork closely with the Wholesale Product Manager, to provide insight on product performance, emerging trends, and market feedback /liliConduct post-season reviews with partners, identifying strategic opportunities to enhance sell-out performance and retail excellence /liliCollaborate closely with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to deliver impactful activations in key locations /liliCollaborate closely with credit and customer operations teams to ensure timely shipment and payment of goods, maintaining healthy account performance and minimizing financial risk /li /ulpbOperational Excellence /b /pulliOversee wholesale market preparation and execution during Paris markets /liliCommunicate market insight, competitor intelligence and hindsight analysis to corporate/ regional partners /li /ulh3bPERSONAL PROFILE /b /h3ulliExperience in luxury wholesale management, ideally within childrenswear /liliStrong track record of developing and managing relationships with partners /liliExceptional relationship management, negotiation and communication skills /liliAbility to increase sales and profitability /liliProven ability to work collaboratively with partners /liliAbility to collaborate effectively across functions /liliPassion for Burberry and for the fashion business /li /ulh3bMEASURES OF SUCCESS /b /h3ulliProduct knowledge and Brand execution /liliClient Relationship Management /liliBusiness Development /liliAnalysis and Reporting /liliLeadership /li /ulh3bFOOTER /b /h3pBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
