This role ensures the successful delivery of capital equipment projects by supporting international sales teams, channel partners, and customers with product selection, design, quotations, and demonstrations. Operating in a global environment, you will collaborate with colleagues and customers across multiple time zones, providing expertise that drives sales success and reinforces Alfa Laval’s reputation as a trusted solution provider. /p ul liProvide technical and commercial support to international Alfa Laval sales companies, channel partners and key customers where applicable /li liAssist, train, and mentor sales personnel in quoting, specifying, and selling the scraped surface heat exchanger product line. /li liLead design, product selection, and quotation preparation for capital equipment projects. /li liDevelop, coordinate, and deliver Product Application Sales Training and competence development initiatives /li liSupport customer testing and demonstration initiatives using pilot plants and rental test equipment. /li liCollaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment across regions, considering time zones and travel requirements. /li liDrive growth and profitability of the product line by delivering high‑quality technical expertise and sales support. /li /ul pThis position can be based at any of our offices in Europe, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 40–60 days per year, both within Europe and overseas. /p h3What You Know /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or a closely related field) with background in heat transfer/thermodynamics or similar highly desirable /li liMinimum 5 years of relevant industry experience /li liWorking knowledge of heat exchangers, process equipment, rotating equipment or similar /li liBackground in a B2B manufacturing environment, including both direct sales and channel/partner‑based sales models /li liExperience from working in a sales support and/or marketing organization /li liStrong understanding of service offerings and aftermarket value propositions /li liKnowledge of food‑related markets is an advantage /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are an energetic and open‑minded professional with a strong technical background and the ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, international environment.
