Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities by identifying and pursuing growth in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
* Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
* Plan and execute commercial strategies in collaboration with marketing teams to increase visibility and market reach.
* Source and engage new clients in target regions such as the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, demonstrating a track record of delivering business outcomes.
* Lead proposal development efforts with Market Access teams to create compelling, needs-based proposals for securing new projects.
* Gather customer insights and share feedback with the Product team to inform product innovation.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
* Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategic planning and regular updates on business development activities.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional networks to promote expertise and build relationships.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector, delivering measurable outcomes.
* Experience in full sales cycle processes, including prospecting, contracting, and account management, with a focus on cross-selling.
* Knowledge of Market Access factors, including HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC regions.
* Strong client interaction skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior/executive clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
* At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
* Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
