PWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of localised marketing programs and events in Southern Europe, with a focus on Italy and Spain. This role is pivotal in generating a qualified pipeline by aligning regional marketing initiatives with business goals. /ppYou will report to the Senior Director of Marketing : South and Central Europe. /ppbKey responsibilities : /b /ppDevelop and execute localised marketing programs and events that align with Italy and Spain's annual field marketing strategy. /ppBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, alliances, global marketing) and external partners (vendors, customers). /ppPlan and deliver various marketing activities, including webinars, executive-level events, industry trade shows, user groups, and digital experiences. /ppSupport targeted sales initiatives and pipeline acceleration by aligning marketing assets and high-value offers with sales strategies. /ppAmplify campaigns through organic social media and collaboration with internal teams. /ppCollaborate with global marketing to create and execute integrated campaigns tailored to focus industries and key accounts. /ppTrack and report on demand generation performance, ROI, and funnel metrics. /ppManage the development of localised assets including customer success stories, thought leadership content, and research reports. /ppOversee third-party vendors from briefing to execution, ensuring delivery on KPIs. /ppManage budgets, forecasts, and accruals with precision and accountability. /ppUtilise modern marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, ABM, CRM, and webinar solutions. /ppbQualifications Skills : /b /ppSolid experience in B2B marketing program management in the IT / software industry. /ppProven expertise in lead generation and field marketing, with strong knowledge of current marketing best practices. /ppHands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems, and webinar platforms. /ppDemonstrated ability in digital marketing and social media strategy. /ppFluent in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Spanish would be a good plus. /ppbStrong presentation and copywriting skills. /b /ppExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /ppStrong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report marketing performance. /ppAdept in managing projects and third-party vendors to meet strategic goals. /ppComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. /ppProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /ppThe ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketer with a strong background in the IT industry, a deep understanding of the buyer journey, and expertise in multi-channel demand generation.
