Job Description:
Your mission
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication
* You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries
* You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on site) on our product usage
* You identify and eliminate possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project in coordination with customers and colleagues
* You manage upgrades of our solution for existing clients
* You help to improve our product and processes through close customer contact
Your profile
* At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with evidence of successful projects
* A structured, clean working style, even under stress: capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in tense situations
* Willingness to travel to customers
* Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, eager to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not necessary
