What you'll do
As a Sell-Out Area Manager, you will lead the North East sell-out team, coordinating Sales Marketing Representatives (SMR) and monitoring key KPIs to ensure excellent in-store execution.
You will support the team in achieving ambitious sell-out targets while strengthening relationships with retail partners.
Lead, coach and coordinate the SMR Sell-Out team, ensuring alignment with company priorities and targets.
Monitor and analyse sell-out performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities and defining action plans.
Conduct regular field and store visits with the team, providing on-the-job coaching.
Ensure excellent in-store execution, including visibility, promotions, assortment and display compliance.
Support commercial and trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to foster team growth and accountability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
Report on results and market insights to the Sell-Out Manager.
Your team
You will report to the Sell-Out Manager and lead the North East SMR Sell-Out team, acting as a key point for coordination, performance management, and field execution, while collaborating closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing departments.
What makes you a great fit
Education: Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably FMCG, with some team coordination or people management experience.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
Language: Italian required; English proficiency essential.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Ability to analyse data, monitor KPIs, and drive performance improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
