Through this portal, repairers access customer information and contracts, service history, recall campaign, parts catalog, quotation tools, diagnostic technical assistance, workshop agenda and management. /ppThe current regional repairer portals are being replaced by a new “Single Repairer Portal” (SRP) in the 6 Stellantis Regions, with the ambition to improve repairer efficiency developing parts sales. /ppAs the Repairer Portal Program Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction and execution of the Single Repairer Portal (SRP) initiative across the 6 Stellantis Regions. You will coordinate the development and integration of various modules into the SRP, ensuring the program is delivered on time, within budget, and meets repairer satisfaction goals. Your role will involve managing a global team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving the digital transformation of repairer portal tools to enhance efficiency and parts sales. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pullistrongLeadership and Strategy: /strong Develop and execute the SRP program strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and repairer satisfaction goals. /lilistrongProject Coordination: /strong Supervise the development and integration of key modules, including parts catalog, parts distribution, job card management, workshop back office, editorial pages, and user connection. /lilistrongProgram Management: /strong Ensure the successful execution of the SRP program, with a roll-out spread from 2025 to 2030.
