Key Responsibilities:
* Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales.
* Achieve sales objectives related to product and market share, analyzing market opportunities and influencing decision makers.
* Engage in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, and coordinate with the Product Management team for market positioning.
* Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Consulting with end users, liaising with system integrators, and updating customers with product information.
* Growing project pipelines and revenue from existing and new customers.
* Reporting weekly on sales and project progress.
* Conducting customer audits and market segmentation.
* Contributing ideas for marketing plans and product launches.
* Focusing on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting.
* Meeting budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven sales or business development experience, especially in demanding environments.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
* Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and Networking sectors.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation.
* Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and self-motivation.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels, including board presentations.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluency in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy. Extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy may be required.
