Job Description
1. Energy storage operation and maintenance project process performance management (KPI and key tasks)
2. Energy storage operation and maintenance project cost and budget control
3. Energy storage operation and maintenance project internal control and service quality improvement
4. Energy storage operation and maintenance project process and digital system construction
5. Energy storage operation and maintenance project service key project management
6. Cross-cultural team building
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or master degree or above, major in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation is preferred
2. Good decision-making ability; able to make accurate judgments quickly and take effective response measures in complex situations and urgent problems
3. Excellent team leadership skills; able to motivate, guide, and manage a professional operation and maintenance team
4. 10 years or more working experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
6. Ability to clarify team goals, allocate tasks reasonably, and promote team collaboration
7. Sales experience in the power battery/electrical appliance industry or new energy sales experience is preferred
8. Willingness to accept overseas travel; overseas experience is preferred
