Reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll enable sales teams with data-driven insights, best-in-class tools, and consistent ways of working to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liOwn global commercial KPIs and performance analysis (revenue, margins, pricing, customer performance) /li liIdentify growth opportunities and performance gaps, turning insights into action /li liSupport go-to-market strategies, pricing, promotions, and revenue management /li liLead commercial process standardization, CRM adoption, and digital transformation /li liAct as a key interface between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li8–12 years’ experience in commercial, sales, or pricing roles (B2B) /li li3+ years in Commercial Excellence or Sales Management roles /li liStrong international exposure and matrix experience /li liSolid expertise in pricing strategy, CRM, BI, and commercial analytics /li liStrategic, analytical, and influential mindset /li liManufacturing / packaging experience is a plus /li liMaster’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering /li liFluent English and Italian; French, or Spanish is a plus /li /ul pbMake a global impact.
