In particular, the profile researched will :
* Manage existing clients and generate new pipelines to support sales revenue goals;
* Generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities;
* Identify business opportunities and meet key decision-makers to secure commitments towards sales goals / targets;
* Create, plan, and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives;
* Work independently or collaboratively with the entire market structure to meet and exceed revenue targets;
* Promote the company to enhance brand exposure and positive image;
* Leverage references and industry contacts to increase sales;
* Approach customers as an expert consultant and partner for their business growth;
* Collaborate with other markets and WWCC to develop innovative projects for clients;
* Support the market owner in managing relationships with key potential clients (e.g., Lending Institutions, Governments, Central Banks) to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
The position is based in Bologna.
Necessary Knowledge and Requirements :
* Proficient in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Access);
* At least 3 years of experience in project management;
* Good command of the English language;
* Willingness to travel within Italy.
