Our client is a fast-growing international company specializing in delivering complex solutions to large corporate clients. With a dynamic and innovative approach, they are expanding their presence in Italy and internationally.

They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to drive business growth, and manage key corporate accounts.


The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing major corporate clients in Northern Italy. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project development. The Senior Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams, including operations, IT, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and acquire new corporate clients in Northern Italy, expanding the company’s market presence.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations.
* Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
* Lead contract negotiations, ensuring commercially viable agreements for both parties.
* Drive revenue growth by maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, IT, marketing, and finance, to facilitate project development and service delivery.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance and business development strategies.


Qualifications & Experience:

* 6-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, specifically in consulting or selling complex solutions to large corporations in Northern Italy.
* Proven track record of acquiring and managing key corporate clients.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, marketing, finance).
* Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
