Key Job Responsibilities

* Responsible for implementation of new and existing SOPs.
* Identify operational barriers, dive deep on root causes, and provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Support shippers by researching invoice disputes and providing resolutions within SLA.
* Support enterprise shippers through tickets and escalations.
* Reconcile invoices and manage credit notes for effective cash flow and transactions.
* Reconcile payments and match correct invoices for payments received from different shippers.
About the Team
We are Amazon’s middle‑mile logistics technology solution for anyone looking to ship road freight in the UK and Europe. We enable customers to ship palletised shipments (Less‑than‑Truckload, LTL) or Full‑Truckloads (FTL) directly to Amazon UK and EU Fulfilment Centres (FCs) or FTL to non‑Amazon facilities at competitive prices.
Basic Qualifications
*
* Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
* Advanced knowledge of Excel.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
*
* 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable (collections), or general ledger experience. xjrgpwk
