To strengthen our Wholesale department at our Office in Milan, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality to join us as soon as possible as aResponsibilities:Achieve the overall targets set for your areaAchieve the forward order targets set for your areaSell the full range of Wolford products and to achieve the product mix in line with Wolford guidelinesMaximise sales of all Wolford promotions and capsule collectionsSource and open new accounts in your area in line with Wolford criteriaManage, engage and coordinate staff members in department stores of your areaSupport HR in recruiting the staff members in department storesWork with the Consultants in the Department Stores in order to achieve maximum sell throughAssist the HQ with the training and motivation of the Sales TeamProductEnsure that you have a complete and up to date knowledge of all Wolford products both basic and trendsEnsure you understand the technical and innovative procedures in the manufacture of Wolford productsManage the showroom and maintain your ranges in a pristine condition to show them to the best possible advantageReturn in good condition all ranges as and when required to do so by WolfordCustomer ServiceEnsure you have a good knowledge of all the Key Accounts and their businessesBuild good working relationships with the buyers and key personnel in your accountsBe aware of your customer’s stock situation and to ensure a good sell through of trend productsInform your customers of all Wolford press coverage to enable them to benefit from itReportingProvide the HQ with information and figures regarding the Key AccountsComply with all company reporting procedures and timetablesInform the HQ immediately of any changes on your area thatmay effect Wolford’s business.Attend Sales meetings both in the UK and with Wolford AG and to report on the Key Accounts as requested.Support the Sales Team with information on products and sales.Supply the accounts department with monthly expense reports and receiptsRequirements:University degree/bachelor's degree, preferably in Business AdministrationAt least 3 years experience in key account operations management, including inventory control, loss prevention, retail systems, merchandising, customer service, store budget preparation and people managementProven experience in delivering results, strong 'math' knowledge and business acumen, thorough knowledge of Key Account KPIs, store PL, schedule management, etc.Conflict management, business negotiation, organization, decision-making and time managementPlanning and organisationHigh customer orientation and extensive selling skillsAdvanced computer skills - Microsoft office (Word, Excel)Knowledge of Retail POS systems, scheduling systems, etc. requiredLanguage: English and Italian fluent, any other language would be a plusWhat We OfferA dynamic, international fashion company and pioneer in the field of quality and circular economyVaried and diverse range of tasksFlexible working hours, home office possibleJoin the World of Wolford.
