The goal of KS is to provide customers with a combination of engineering expertise and advanced technology solutions. /p pKS has the aim to use Baker Hughes OEM knowledge and digital capabilities to create new value proposition to our customers, supporting them in the achievement of specific KPIs such as efficiency, productivity and emissions reduction and creating commercial reward schemes directly linked to these. /p h3Partner with the best /h3 pThe Technical Proposals Application Engineer is a vital part of the KS Commercial Team, providing technical support throughout the commercial process. They are responsible for creating and managing technical proposals defining scope of work and costs. They also assist the commercial and sales organization throughout the deal negotiation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborating closely with the commercial manager and sales team during deals negotiation, focusing on the technical scope preparation. /li liAnalyzing technical specifications for tenders and Requests for Quotations, evaluating Scope of Supply and Risk Factors. /li liDefining and preparing comprehensive Scope of Work, optimizing products/units, digital training, advanced engineering, schedule, industrial scheme, and performance calculations. /li liDeveloping and managing the cost control of all offered services. /li liIdentifying and mitigating technical implementation risks, ensuring effective management of technical risk. /li liEngaging relevant functions to address deviations and specific requests, optimizing proposal generation. /li liContributing to the development and maintenance of ITO processes and tools alongside KS/Services counterparts. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave a bachelor in technical field from an accredited college or university (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Background preferred). /li liHave familiarity or interest in Oil Gas Rotating Equipment and their main principles (Gas Turbines, Centrifugal/Reciprocating Compressors, Steam Turbines, etc.). /li liHave desire to be part of a global organization and play and work in the Energy Transition Space. /li liBe able to communicate both written and spoken fluently in English. /li liBe able to travel with short notice, if required. /li liHave excellent multitasking and time management skills. /li liBe a team player dedicated to the company’s success. /li liHave excellent communication and coordination abilities. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
