PpSoftware Sales Director EMEA – Accenture Italia /p pWe are looking for a seasoned Software Sales Director with a proven track record of selling SaaS who can join our exceptional team and make an immediate impact on our software team. You will identify opportunities, build consultative relationships, and close complex deals while developing and executing growth strategies. You will collaborate comfortably with C‑suite leaders and thrive in fast‑paced environments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the sales plan and exceed sales targets for Software products, SaaS, Cloud Hosting, and Professional Services within a defined territory or market segment. /li liPlan Go‑to‑Market Strategy and secure buy‑in and alignment with internal and channel stakeholders. /li liEnsure activities to drive top‑of‑funnel are sufficient to convert and close to meet or exceed the sales plan. /li liProactively manage sales campaigns, leveraging deep domain software expertise to close opportunities and grow profitable revenue. /li liCultivate relationships with C‑level, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to position software as key to unlocking value and enable transformation. /li liBuild trust with prospects and clients, identify challenges, and offer tailored solutions that map to key KPIs of buyer and user personas. /li liCollaborate with Product Marketing, Lead Origination, Pre‑Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, and Engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and sales origination and pursuits are successful with active feedback loops. /li liStay informed about emerging trends within market segments, ecosystem and technologies, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements. /li /ul pTravel may be required for this role, ranging from 25% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liMin. 5 years of experience in product domain, industry, or ecosystem. /li liMin. 3 years of software sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales metrics. /li liMin. 3 years of experience with tech modernization for Fortune 2000 or large enterprises. /li liBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); an Associate’s degree requires at least 6 years of work experience. /li /ul h3Bonus Points If /h3 ul liProven ability to develop and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives. /li liExperience designing and executing go‑to‑market strategies and campaigns. /li liDemonstrated success in closing complex, high‑value sales opportunities. /li liStrong persuasive communication and presentation abilities. /li liAdvanced negotiation skills to navigate complex financial and operational requirements. /li liSelf‑driven, tenacious, and resilient, with a positive outlook. /li /ul pSeniority level: Mid‑Senior level /p pEmployment type: Full‑time /p pJob function: IT Services and IT Consulting /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
