Shenzhen CLOU Electronics Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CLOU), a Midea Company, is an international and integrated new energy services provider. CLOU is a national hi-tech enterprise founded in 1996 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007.

It implements the \"30 60 carbon peak and neutrality\" strategy and builds a new power system with new energy as the main body. It provides core technologies and system solutions in the fields of smart grid, energy storage, new energy vehicle charging and operation, and integrated energy services.

\n

Job Title: Sales Director for Italy, Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) for Utility Projects

\n

Location: Remote home office and live in Italy.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the energy storage in utility application sector focused on Italy and other countries of interest.

\n

Conduct research and analyze regional market insight including product technology, application trend, government policy, build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, and be responsible from project lead to cash process.

\n

Revenue Growth in Key Markets

\n

Formulate Europe key account revenue plans, drive sales expansion in customer locations in geographies, especially among utilities application sectors to meet KPIs.

\n

Deeply understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions to address them.

\n

Record and manage business opportunities, contracts, and developmental status in company CRM system.

\n

Strategic Key Account Relationship Building and Management

\n

Cultivate a network comprising project utilities, investors, developers, IPPs, EPCs, and other important stakeholders.

\n

Demonstrate exceptional communication prowess to earn trust and establish credibility with decision‐makers.

\n

Oversee all facets of customer management, from acquisition and recommendations to relationship nurturing, contract discussions, and overall support.

\n

Utilize outstanding industry expertise and interpersonal abilities to establish strong key account relationships.

\n

Project Oversight

\n

Create and uphold project specifications, guaranteeing punctual and precise project submissions that align with both customer and business needs.

\n

Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

\n

Qualifications

\n

Minimum bachelor's degree.

\n

Minimum 6+ years of BESS industry sales experience with successful customer or project development in energy storage utility application in Europe region or in photovoltaics, wind energy, or power electronics for the energy industry.

\n

Efficient communication between external and internal teams, especially between Europe regions and HQ in China.

\n

Able to travel minimum 30% to visit clients.
