Responsibilities
* As an IT Scrum Master, lead and manage technology projects, ensuring the successful execution of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
* Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to transform requirements into efficient system solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Report to IT business unit leadership, drive end-to-end delivery, facilitate Agile processes, and keep the team focused on delivering high-value solutions to internal and external clients.
* Lead Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, support the team and Product Owner during PI Planning events to align with ART objectives. Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to ensure alignment across teams and ARTs.
* Define project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and capacity allocation.
* Proactively identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, develop effective mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize impact on deliverables.
* Conduct code quality assessments and provide actionable recommendations to the technical team.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consultant company or a large organization, demonstrating a track record of successful Agile initiatives as Scrum Master, project management and technical leadership.
* Proven experience in software design and development using Java, J2EE, and open-source Java stacks and dev ecosystems.
* Proven experience in Flights topics (e.g., Amadeus and Travelport API Integration) or Revenue and Sales topics (e.g., Pricing, inventory management, promo management, etc.) or Robotic Process Automation (UiPath Platform knowledge is a plus).
* Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies and NoSQL Databases.
* Proven expertise in guiding teams with AGILE methodologies and mastery of AGILE principles and practices (SCRUM, KANBAN, and SAFe certifications are a plus).
* Knowledge in integration layers and in DEVOPS tools (GITLAB, NEXUS, SONAR).
* Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills.
