We are searching now an experienced B2B Sales Manager to develop sales of premium audio and video products and solutions.
Key functions:
* Generate sales to achieve annual sales targets and KPI’s.
* Promotion of our value added solutions
* Presentations and consultations on a product line for partners and customers
* Selection of the optimal solution for the customer’s needs, preparation of specifications, pricing, project management, preparation of tender requirements
* Participation in budget planning and defining the targets
* Implementation of the sales plan
* Analytical work, preparation of regular types of reporting
* Preparation of marketing activities and their execution
* Technical configuration and pricing of the solution
* Maintain all required records of sales (Leads, RFQs, Sales projects) and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored. Keep projects pipeline “healthy” and up to date. Develop presale roadmaps and action plans to “close” the sale deals.
* Controls shipments, reserves, order planning and the stock status for his sales projects. Consults with sales support team members (product manager, accountant, legal, logistic and etc) to control risks.
Qualifications and skills:
* At least 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.
* Experience in the technology industry, particularly in selling storages, servers, video conference solutions, and other related products.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluent Italian & English
