Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and developing relationships with current clients, while also identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Identify suitable brands and sellers according to category strategy
* Negotiate with brands and sellers to invite them to start their business on the platform
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders and help accounts operate smoothly
* Develop trusted advisory relationships with accounts and internal partners
* Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
* Prioritize categories: Fashion, Electronics, Home & Garden, FMCG
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
* 5+ years of relevant work experience
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and data-oriented
* Fluent English language skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
