JOB PURPOSE
The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively in order to negotiate the company offering to the customer and demonstrate Future’s full capabilities is essential.
What the roles involves:
* Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with branch personnel in each region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
* Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies; develop relationships with customer’s Senior Management through visits.
* Present Future’s value proposition and solutions to enhance service capabilities at customer sites.
* Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase share and outperform industry projections.
* Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
* Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, and delivery queries.
* Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
* Proven sales success in electronic distribution over the past five years, with a technical or business degree.
* Understanding of technical teams and design achievements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
