PpThe Sales Engineer supports the sales teams and the reseller channel by providing product expertise, technical guidance, and training. Their responsibilities include addressing technical inquiries and engaging with end‑users in large organizations to facilitate and accelerate product adoption. /p pThey are expected to be a subject matter expert with solid knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity technologies, and the evolving threat landscape. /p h3Functional Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ul liProvide presentation of company solutions. /li liConduct 'proof of value' and 'proof of concepts' assessments for customers. /li liAssist in deeper qualification of customer requirements and contribute to opportunity responses in the CRM. /li liProvide active signposting and contribute to technical success of a customer's life‑cycle. /li liRecord and track activity with customer via CRM and provide technical feedback. /li liComplement resources provided by Enablement teams and assist Sales teams with enablement of the channel beyond basic demonstrations in person or remotely. /li liKeep up to date with industry knowledge and news from a technical perspective. /li liDevelop and maintain testing programs/demonstration environments for company solutions. /li liPerform conceptual, systemic, creative and methodical activities. /li liCarry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pUniversity Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study or equivalent experience or equivalent: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+. /p h3Experience /h3 pYears of work experience: 5 /p h3Knowledge /h3 ul liAbility to assess the security posture of an enterprise environment and recommend and implement appropriate security solutions; monitor and secure hybrid environments, including cloud, mobile, and IoT; operate with an awareness of applicable laws and policies, including principles of governance, risk, and compliance. /li liUnderstand operating system configuration (Windows, Mac, Linux) - (Intermediate admin). /li liCan establish network connectivity, monitor activity, carry out hardening, configure and troubleshoot infrastructure. /li liAble to present confidently to senior IT staff specializing in IT Security. /li liKnowledge of the main processes for identifying, analyzing, and managing security events. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
