About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Commis De Rang at Stilla Bar to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy!
What You Will Do
Assist the Demi Chef de Rang, Chef de Rang and Bartender
Clear china, glass, and silver and attend to guest needs and requests
Clean back office
Be highly visible in the operation
Provide an expert service experience
Clear and reset tables according to standards
Respect hygiene standards applied in the Bar as per HACCP system
What You Bring
Special talent and passion for ensuring highest standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests
Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand‐alone bar, restaurants or bar groups
International experience is an asset
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and relationship‐building skills
Ability to multi‐task with excellent organizational skills
Team player and brings personal touch and energy to guest experiences
Shares passion for excellence and delights in curating special experiences and memories for our guests

Schedule & Hours
This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and will be offered on a fixed‐term contract. The job includes a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
