Ph3Job Summary /h3 pWe are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Services Sales Manager, as part of the Tetra Pak Services Sales Team, to manage and develop focused sales areas, and customer relationships from a Tetra Pak Services perspective. /p pThe position is permanent and based in Rubiera, Italy. You will be travelling up to 50% of your time to our customer sites. /p h3What you will do /h3 h3Financial Target Delivery /h3 pDeliver financial targets of Services business, for allocated customers /p ul liSupport Sales Managers/ATL to deliver on the financial targets (top and bottom line) on the respective area of responsibility /li liResponsible for driving the service growth initiatives with team ensuring growth from focus categories of service business /li /ul h3Customer relationship /h3 ul liEnsure account plan have due services contribution, reflect the time bound objectives opportunities and are executed successfully /li liUnderstand customer needs and pain points to generate new business and offer profitable value offerings by using complete services portfolio /li liAmplify customer’s voice by identifying gaps across customer touchpoints and closing the loop with customers /li /ul h3Accelerate Sales Funnel /h3 ul liPrioritise opportunities based on customer’s needs, buying process opportunity maturity (time budget) /li liSupport in nurturing opportunities for customers /li liCapture customer requirements accurately using different questioning techniques to configure solutions that maximize value for Customer for Tetra Pak /li liDrive E2E System Solutions (Integrated contracts, Up and Cross- Selling opportunities) /li liCreate solutions, Quote Negotiate deals/ contracts with customers using Value selling, Value Books /li liLead Generation / Opportunity Identification both Outside-In (customer discussions, marketing campaigns, tenders etc) Inside-Out (market growth initiatives- BD plans/ new geographies/ new segments, contract renewals/ capacity expansion/ installed base management etc) /li /ul h3Planning Forecasting /h3 pMonthly forecasting, for Services businesses, to secure base material, production financial planning /p h3Commercial Compliance /h3 pUnderstand comply with Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework (including Pricing, Contract terms Authorisation matrix), regulatory framework general code of conduct. Manage proper timely documentation of Customer Files /p h3We believe you have /h3 ul liA bachelor’s degree in Engineering /li liExperience in the packaging or liquid food processing industry /li liAt least 5 years of technical/engineering Sales experience /li liExperience from the service business is an advantage /li liBusiness fluent proficiency in English is mandatory /li liProfessional experience with relationship management, commercial and/or customer-facing experience /li liAbility to effectively identify and capture customer technical issues and tenaciously drive expedited solutions, in collaboration with our internal technical expertise /li liThe drive and capability to uncover new business opportunities and grow the business /li /ul pYou are a result orientated and self-driven person with a strong customer focus and the ability to work autonomously. You have a consultative and clear communication style and good presentation skills. Your networking skills are excellent and you have the ability to build long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
