Job Opportunity: Commercial Manager
Our client is a chemical industry company with approximately 40 employees. They sell in over 70 countries worldwide and have a manufacturing site in Mexico.
In anticipation of a generational change in the sales department, they are seeking a Commercial Manager .
The selected candidate will report to the Sales Director and, after a training and mentoring period, will operate directly in their assigned territory with the following responsibilities:
1. Manage and consolidate relationships with existing clients;
2. Scout and contact new potential clients, agents, and distributors;
3. Visit clients and participate in industry trade shows;
4. Manage and negotiate commercial offers;
5. Collaborate with back-office teams to ensure proper order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:
1. Previous experience in international sales;
2. Fluent knowledge of English (C1 level);
3. Ideally, knowledge of Spanish;
4. Willingness to travel extensively (worldwide), approximately 50% of the time;
5. Knowledge of web marketing is a preferred qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with organizational and negotiation abilities, dynamism, independence, and initiative, are essential.
Work location: Bassa Vallecamonica, with availability for international travel (50%).
The successful candidate will be hired under a permanent contract, CCNL Chimico Industria.
