Read first-hand experiences in our stronga Glassdoor page /a. /strong /ph3Job Description /h3pWe’re seeking a proactive and driven strongSales Executive /strong to manage sales across multiple products, including our new strongClaim Management Solution /strong, CRM, and Marketplace. /ppManaging healthcare insurance claims is complex, often involving multiple systems and manual processes. Our solution automates the claim lifecycle from authorization to reimbursement, reducing errors, cutting costs, and improving financial predictability for providers. /ppAs a Sales Executive, you’ll introduce our innovative solutions to insurance companies, clinics, and hospitals, demonstrating how we improve efficiency and patient care while supporting the strongimplementation and optimization of healthcare networks contracted with insurance companies. /strong /ppYour main tasks will include: /pullistrongSolution Selling: /strong Conduct needs assessments and present solutions that align with client requirements, highlighting value and ROI. /lilistrongSales Pipeline Management: /strong Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. /lilistrongClient Engagement: /strong Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives. /lilistrongHealthcare Network Development: /strong Manage commercial initiatives dedicated to the Healthcare Network, ensuring its growth and efficiency. /lilistrongStrategic Meetings Planning: /strong Organize and lead discussions with large groups of healthcare facilities to drive engagement and adoption of our solutions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pstrongMust have: /strong /pulliExperience: Minimum 4 years of enterprise sales experience. /liliExperience: Prior experience in healthcare insurance, specifically in managing conventions between companies and clinics. Preferred candidates will have established networks and understand the relationship dynamics in this sector. /liliExperience: In-depth knowledge of Claim Management flows and processes between healthcare facilities and insurance companies. /liliEducation: BSc in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering. /liliSkills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. /liliSkills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. /liliLanguages: Native Italian (C2), Business-level English (B2). /li /ulpstrongNice to have: /strong /pulliPrevious experience selling SaaS or healthtech solutions. /liliDemonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. /liliExperience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. /liliSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pstrongLocation: /strongbr/This role is stronghybrid /strong, involving remote work, frequent customer visits, and occasional office visits. The Sales Executive will spend up to 50% of their time traveling to meet clients across Italy. The remaining 50% can be worked remotely from anywhere within the country. Visits to our offices in Rome or Bologna will be scheduled sporadically for strategic meetings and team collaboration.
