Ph3Le tue mansioni /h3 pFor the voestalpine Böhler Welding Arc Technology Srl based in Cittadella (PD) of voestalpine Böhler Welding we are looking for: Global Equipment Product Manager, the professional figure responsible for the vision, strategy and development of a product throughout its life cycle. /p h3Tasks And Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic product-related activities /h3 ul liDefines the product portfolio and its positioning. /li liDevelops the product portfolio strategy in accordance with approved company guidelines. /li liResponsible for analyzing customer needs and desires, specifying the research necessary to obtain market information. /li liContributes to decisions regarding new product development and follows the equipment innovation roadmap. /li liReviews periodic reports on product performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover and market share. /li liInteracts closely with the Sales department to obtain the necessary information. /li liAnalyses market, customer and competitor data and research findings to understand market issues and opportunities. /li liResponsible for identifying and creating potential market segments. /li liSupports the development of pricing strategies for product portfolios and performs competitive analysis on product pricing. /li liProvides new product ideas under his/her own responsibility by analysing customer product requirements. /li liAssesses the competitive situation in the market by comparing vaBW products with those of competitors through benchmarking, trend analysis, etc. /li /ul h3Inbound activities /h3 ul liResponsible for collecting, analysing, prioritising and documenting product requirements. /li liDefines usage scenarios and users to provide the RD department with context and relevant product information. /li liSupports the development of the appropriate product portfolio for vaBW and discusses the necessary requirements with the RD department. /li liManages the overall development of the product portfolio under his/her responsibility. /li liActively reviews milestones with stakeholders and resolves portfolio-related issues and questions. /li liManages the entire product line lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities for the product portfolio under their responsibility. /li liResponsible for coordinating internal and external product testing and product launches in line with regional sales. /li liIs actively involved in communication and training responsibilities. /li liResponds to sales enquiries and resolves product and process issues. /li /ul h3Outbound activities /h3 ul liResponsible for creating product-related content for communication. /li liResponsible for creating product promotion plans and campaigns through marketing communications and evaluating the effectiveness of monitoring. /li liResponsible for the product launch process and supporting product marketing campaigns and plans.
