We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to oversee a specific section of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest quality standards. As part of our culinary team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences for our guests.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading and managing your assigned section, preparing dishes to recipe and plating guidelines, checking the quality of prepared dishes before they leave the station, supervising junior staff members, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety compliance with regulations, monitoring inventory levels for freshness and availability of ingredients, collaborating with other sections for smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
Main Skills & Competencies Required:
