Eataly is currently in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto and many other places, and are pleased to offer visa sponsorship and relocation assistance to selected candidates. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupports the Restaurant AGM with hiring, assigning, training, evaluating and terminating employees /li liDocuments, investigates, escalates and resolves all employee and guests incidents /li liEnsures exceptional service standards are consistently met and that activities are carried out effectively /li liInspects dining room and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations /li liEstimates front-of-house food and beverage needs, and supervises intake orders to ensure specifications /li liReviews financial information such as sales, inventory and costs to monitor budget /li liMeets with dining room and bar personnel to plan restaurant activities, special events, share information, etc. /li liPerforms other duties as required or assigned /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills in Italian and English /li li2+ years of experiencing leading or managing a front-of-house restaurant team /li liSolid understanding of steps of service /li liOutstanding communication, leadership and problem-solving skills /li liBachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred /li liKnowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage highly preferred /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liAvailability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays /li liAbility to lift up to 50 pounds /li liAbility to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting /li liFood Handler’s License preferred /li /ul h3Benefits and Perks /h3 ul liRelocation from Italy to North America /li liVisa Sponsorship covered by the company /li liBonus Program /li liPaid Time Off /li liPaid Parental Leave /li liDiscounts at Eataly /li liReferral bonus program /li liand more! /li /ul pEataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
