About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs), managing channel KPIs according to company goals and targets, and developing a deep understanding of key customer needs through the definition of customer journey maps.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive sell-out plans to facilitate sales growth
* Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for expansion
* Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams
* Share regular progress reports and forecasts with stakeholders using internal and external metrics
* Leverage CRM capabilities to increase business opportunities and maximize sales and marketing effectiveness
* Participate in trade shows, fairs, and customer events
* Collect competitors' catalogues, samples, and pricing information in coordination with merchandising departments
* Monitor credit limits and unpayment reports in coordination with credit departments
* Spend at least 50% of time on the field, including international trips

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Economics or Sales Strategy; Master's degree preferred
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, minimum 2-3 years, preferably in safety or international environments
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM proficiency (SalesForce.com)
* Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
* Organized and able to manage priorities
* Fluent in English, Italian, and French; fourth foreign language considered a plus
