Incentives are based on part of the portfolio. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build excellent reseller and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable product knowledge, under clear managerial guidance. Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers, engaging in detailed conversations about solutions, and identifying opportunities to involve the right people. Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant customer information and developing short, medium, and long-term activities. Manage reporting and customer backorders using specialist knowledge and engage in "intelligent project fishing." Manage projects end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements. Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, and promotions. Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers. Achieve KPIs such as customer engagement. Promote the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and its value proposition. Provide accurate and timely quotations. Generate and maintain a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, regularly reviewing and updating it to ensure active closure of opportunities. WHAT YOU WILL NEED 5 years of experience. Cyber-security skills and knowledge are essential. Fluent in Italian and English. Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills. Strong priority management and planning skills. Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets. Good relationship-building skills. Previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is desirable.
