Global Product Manager Joint Care
A leading company in the healthcare sector is looking for a Global Product Manager (Joint Care) to join its team. The Global Product Manager is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of assigned products from concept through launch and market optimization. This role plays a strategic part in planning, product development, and market execution, with a strong focus on delivering value through innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for assigned products.
* Oversee the global and local implementation of strategic projects, ensuring ROI.
* Manage new product launches and develop existing product lines.
* Lead initiatives for geographic expansion and market development.
* Collaborate with Business Development to grow and optimize the product pipeline.
* Organize and lead cross-functional LEAP teams for project execution.
* Act as the strategic interface between internal departments including Regulatory Affairs, Medical, R&D, and Sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external agencies.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in product management.
* Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or Economics
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
* Fluency in English;
additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally
Compensation:
* Open-ended contract.
* “B” grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective contract.
* Salary between € 40.000 and € 50.000.
* Collective Bonus and company Welfare.
