Join us and be part of a company that values creativity, agility, and impactful work. /ppWe are looking for a Sales Manager South Italy to join our team in Italy. /ph3What will you be doing? /h3ulliIdentify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives in the region /liliDevelop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels partners, strategic accounts, EPC, installers and engineering firm /liliActively pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributors, investors and utility companies /liliAssist with forecast of revenue on a regular basis and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met; take corrective action where required /liliNurture the relationship with leading PV project developers at multiple levels to ensure that SolarEdge remains the supplier of choice for power conversion electronics for their installations /liliAssist the product management teams and the management to define and improve the product portfolio for use in the Italian market by regularly gathering feedback from customers, business partners and by closely monitoring industry trends /liliProvide input regarding marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the Italian market /liliSuccessfully execute a brand and messaging strategy and act as brand ambassador /liliLiaise with the Italian team to ensure that sales targets are being defined and met /li /ululliA BA/BS in a related technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc. /liliPV industry required in similar roles for manufacturers or distributors - minimum 3 years /liliMinimum 5+ years' experience in technical sales and must have previous experience in the PV industry /liliNetwork in the Italian PV industry is an advantage /liliStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the SolarEdge product line and convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms /liliProven track record of identifying, negotiating/converting and closing large dollar deals /liliAbility to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships /liliDemonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment /liliA distinct customer service focus /liliExcellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills /liliExperience working for an international organization is preferred /liliFluent in Italian acceptable English (writing, speaking, listening) /liliA hungry go-getter with a strong can-do and hands-on attitude /liliAn energetic, highly motivated and driven manager person who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves and do whatever is personally necessary to guarantee the success of the company /liliTeam Player! /li /ulpbSolarEdge recognizes its talented and diverse workforce as a key competitive advantage.
