Key Requirements

4+ years of sales or account management experience within the ingredient industry.
Proven ability to manage key accounts while driving incremental growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of food and beverage customers across Italy.
Develop new business opportunities with emerging and established manufacturers.
Partner with applications and R&D; teams to support customer briefs, trials, and commercialisation.
Lead pricing discussions, account planning, and commercial negotiations.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence.
Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, and regional industry events.
