It will be up to you to develop the relationships with restaurants and create the right conditions for them to join Kitch. You will understand what the restaurants need and, with that input, you will ensure we are developing the most interesting and useful products. /ppYou will be crucial for Kitch’s growth in the Italian market. This is a great opportunity to join a small, young and growing team. /pulliResponsibilities /liliGenerate and qualify new leads through various channels. /liliEstablish, develop and maintain positive relationships in the territory. /liliEducate customers on how Kitch can benefit them. /liliWork with other teams to manage efforts to add the most value to restaurants in the Kitch community - from discussing product and pricing, to marketing efforts. /liliBe able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained benefit. /liliWork towards monthly targets and KPI’s. /liliRequirements /liliUndergraduate or master’s degree. /liliAt least 2 years of sales experience, ideally with SaaS. /liliExperience conducting outbound activities, e.g. cold calls / prospecting. /liliBeing native or very fluent in Italian, and strong in English. /liliAutonomous and self-motivated. /liliAbility to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. /liliProactive, organized, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset. /liliUsed to work with KPIs and target driven. /liliWe'd love to see... /liliA flexible and open minded person.
