Inside Sales Manager – Cybersecurity / SaaS
We're representing a rapidly growing cybersecurity vendor, as they continue their global expansion.
They're looking for anInside Sales Managerto lead the EMEA Inside Sales team (these positions are all quota carrying).
We need someone who can build structure, scale performance, and drive consistent growth across the region.
Reporting to the Global Head of Inside Sales, this role offers the opportunity toshape the regional sales engine,develop top-performing talent, andmake a direct impacton revenue generation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Regional Growth:Own the EMEA inside sales strategy, forecasting, and execution to deliver strong quarterly and annual results.
Build and Lead the Team:Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of ambitious inside sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
Develop Market Strategy:Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities across EMEA to optimize go-to-market execution and pipeline growth.
Mentor & Enable:Support team members with training, sales playbooks, and structured enablement programs to drive performance and consistency.
Optimize Process:Use data, analytics, and CRM insights (Salesforce or similar) to track activity, forecast accurately, and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Work closely with marketing, customer success, and field sales to ensure alignment and seamless handoff of opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Proveninside sales leadershipexperience, with some previous experience incybersecurity.
Demonstrated success leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
Strong command ofsales process management, forecasting, and pipeline development.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and motivational abilities.
Strategic thinker with ahands-on, entrepreneurial approachto sales execution and team building.
