Refinery89 is searching for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in Italian markets. If you're motivated by challenges, love the thrill of closing deals, and want to shape the future of online media, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do : Acquire Italian publishers, from prospecting to closing. Build a healthy pipeline and prioritize high-value opportunities. Lead publisher acquisition efforts in Italy by collaborating with sales and operational teams. Become a trusted contact for your publishers and develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships that foster loyalty. Maintain and update our CRM tool daily with leads and client interactions. Network within the industry. Who We're Looking For : A Sales Enthusiast who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals, enjoys closing deals, and is motivated by bonuses. A competitive individual aiming to be the top performer every month. Someone motivated by challenges and eager to meet KPIs. Native Italian speaker and fluent in English to engage effectively with clients and teams. A person with a keen commercial mindset and attention to detail. An independent innovator capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment and translating technical features into business benefits. Some definite pros that will make you stand out : At least 2 years of sales experience, including cold calling, meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, and advertising technologies. Established contacts within Italy's digital publishing media (nice to have). Experience at a Publisher Sales House, Trading Desk, digital agency, or AdTech company is preferred. What You Can Expect from Us : Immediate start.
