Key Responsibilities
Curate and manage the wine list, ensuring a balanced selection of prestigious and emerging labels
Guide guests with expert wine recommendations, tailored to their preferences and menu pairings
Conduct staff training sessions on wine service, tasting, and food pairings
Oversee wine storage, cellar management, and stock rotation
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Bar Team Lead to create innovative pairings and experiences
Maintain relationships with suppliers and source exclusive wines for Tuya Milano
Uphold Tuya's premium brand image through exceptional service and presentation
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Sommelier in high‐end hospitality
Certified Sommelier qualification (AIS, WSET, or equivalent)
Excellent knowledge of Italian and international wines, regions, and trends
Refined communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance
Ability to educate, inspire, and train both guests and staff
Fluent in Italian and English ; additional languages are a plus
Passion for hospitality and delivering elegance in every detail
