The role of a Key Account Manager is to drive business growth and success for our clients on one of the world's most dynamic e-commerce platforms. This involves identifying suitable brands and sellers, negotiating with them to start their business with us, and ensuring a smooth daily operation on the platform. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who can build strong relationships with brands and sellers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Define and identify suitable brands and sellers according to category strategy
* Negotiate with brands and sellers and invite them to start their business with us
* Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders and help accounts have a smooth daily operation on the platform and grow their business
* Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, and internal partners
* Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
* 5+ years' of relevant work experience
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and data oriented
* Fluent in English as working language
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
