You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, managing portfolio hedging, and proposing solutions that meet their objectives. /ppbKey responsibilities include: /b /pulliBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key electricity and gas supply customers; /liliUnderstanding clients' business goals, challenges, and opportunities; /liliDeveloping new business with existing and new accounts; /liliNegotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services; /liliBeing available during market hours to support hedging activities; /liliParticipating in structuring and developing new products and services; /liliMonitoring customer satisfaction and resolving issues or complaints; /liliStaying updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs; /liliIdentifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing accounts; /liliProviding internal feedback to improve offerings and maintain competitive advantage; /liliSupporting team spirit and backing up colleagues as needed. /li /ulpbAbout You /b /pulliExperience as a Key Account Manager in the electricity and gas sector, or motivated individuals eager to learn, with experience in customer interactions and problem-solving; /liliAt least five years of experience in the electricity and gas markets, products, and regulations; /liliExcellent stress management skills, with the ability to react quickly in high-pressure scenarios; /liliFluent in English and Italian; /liliStrong team spirit and understanding that team results are a priority; /liliAbility to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders; /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; /liliAnalytical and problem-solving skills; /liliSelf-motivated and results-oriented; /liliBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; /liliWillingness to travel; /liliKnowledge of a third language is a plus. /li /ulpbType of contract: /b /ppPermanent contract according to local labor law. /ppbAbout ENGIE /b /ppWorking at ENGIE offers diverse career opportunities across more than 30 countries, with a focus on community and sustainability.
