Job Title: Demand & Project Manager - IT Sector
We are a leading multinational group in software development for digital transformation, seeking a Demand & Project Manager - IT Sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify innovative business solutions by understanding and anticipating client needs, goals, and objectives.
2. Understand the client's production process and recognize their real needs, acting as a specialist for company products and implementing effective technological solutions.
3. Organize resources, assign tasks and responsibilities, and define timelines and costs.
4. Monitor project progress during planning, execution, and maintenance phases post-release.
5. Facilitate communication between the client and the company, creating mutual benefits.
6. Summarize performance and trends through reports for Area Managers.
Activities:
1. Manage client relationships during initial needs analysis and goal checks.
2. Design, customize, or revise business products and solutions.
3. Develop project plans for implementation and deployment, focusing on system integration and feasibility.
4. Create technical-functional specifications.
5. Define effort and elapsed time, managing projects with Technical, Commercial areas, and clients.
6. Implement security measures throughout the project cycle.
7. Draft functional specifications and documentation for developers and maintenance.
8. Advance product evolutions related to customer experience.
9. Ensure compliance with company processes as defined with the Supervisor.
10. Accurately define and adhere to timelines for assigned tasks.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Experience in structured IT environments.
3. Proficiency in English.
Location:
Firenze, with flexible smart working arrangements combining remote and in-office work.
