Salary: $65,000 + Commission (1st yr. OTE $80k; 2nd yr. OTE $130k+) + Benefits

Inside Sales Specialist Description
Our client in the building materials industry is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to add to their team in South Windsor, CT. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for following leads given to you, following up with clients, closing deals, and tracking all client information in the CRM. You will also listen to customer needs and ensure you recommend the right products every time. Our client is looking for someone who is organized, outgoing, a team player and loves closing a sale. Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities
• Follow leads given each day
• Track all customer progress in the internal CRM
• Make multiple outgoing calls and answer incoming customer calls
• Move each call with a customer toward the close of a sale
• Ensure follow-ups happen throughout the entire sales cycle (average 100 days)
• Develop and follow processes for closing sales
• Write up a bill of materials and quotes for every customer
• Work cross-functionally with team members
• Provide feedback to leadership as needed
Inside Sales Specialist Qualifications
• 1+ years of Inside Sales experience required
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management software) experience required
• Experience selling Products (not services) required
