As a key member of our regional team, the Regional Product Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging customer needs with product strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, supporting sales efforts, and collaborating closely with Product Marketing Managers and Business Units to drive product adoption and performance. From process mapping and customer roadmap development to market research and product promotion, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of semiconductor solutions in your region. Responsibilities
Process mapping: identify the opportunity matrix in existing process flow at customer sites. Qualifying an opportunity: work with UK Product Managers to decide if we want to compete based on knowledge of the application; review competitive and commercial situation, strategic value. Customer road map: identify N+1 and N+2 process requirements; report back to product management. Sales support: work closely with Sales team; provide answers to questions from the customer / sales team; conduct conference calls and / or customer visits; progress the opportunity through discussions and presentations; assist UK Product Management and BU experts in answering purchasing specifications; provide inputs to Contract Managers for accurate quoting. On-site Evaluation tool management: be a single point of contact between field team and Factory; track progress; explain progress and highlight if any CIP is needed; back up with onsite data. Develop information sources: develop customer / supplier contacts; brief factory analysts; share information with Product Management & BU. Customer demos: coordinate demos for qualified opportunities; discuss requirements, complete demo request forms, review with customer and BU; participate in live demos as needed. Competitor analysis: learn about competitors’ products; assist PMs in maintaining a competitor database. Tool performance & CIP s: review tool performance and determine if existing CIPs help or new CIPs are needed. Market research: understand regional market trends using inputs from customers, suppliers, analysts, conference papers, and internet research. Product promotion: attend trade shows and conferences; contribute to technical papers and presentations; promote products online via webinars. Knowledge
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (etch, CVD, PVD, ECD). Understanding of semiconductor device packaging and the business of semiconductor manufacture. Personal Skills

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied science with wafer fab experience Master’s or PhD with fab experience Experience
Proven wafer processing experience gained at an equipment vendor or wafer fab Minimum Qualifications
